@asokel@ohai.social look it up online, "how to check my pulse". i can't give you good advice i suck at it. it'll probably involve putting two fingers on your neck or wrist and counting out how many beats you feel in 60 seconds (or 30 seconds and double it) alternatively if you have a blood pressure monitor that would be ideal but i assume not
