I finally used up the years-old batch of Pure Leaf brand English Breakfast Tea, so now I'm back to the Tea India Assam CTC tea. I've been drinking so much more icea tea lately that I need to up my game, because while it tastes so much better than instant iced tea powder, it takes a lot longer to make. I nee to wash out a second half-gallon Mason jar, so I can make iced tea in advance, once I empty the first one. At a pint of tea at a time, a half-gallon jars only holds four glasses.
