And you're right about the connection part, as it's weird how many gay men (and it's always the gay men somehow) I've met, who were very much pro the disdain the CDU has had for the queer community lately.

@ainmosni@social.ainmosni.eu It's not weird at all. Since the "gay marriage" movement, a large portion has been trying to be seen as part of the mainstream and as "normal" by othering those who are less compliant. It's not weird. Just disturbingly and saddingly human.
