We just came home from the premiere of a new musical that a fellow chorusmber penned. Now, normally I’d be a little bit sus of going to see someone’s new show in this town, but he had Sasheer Zamara and Tawny Newsom in the cast and they were both incredible. The show needs a little editing, but for the most part it’s very funny and probably the best low budget off-Broadway style show I think I’ve ever seen.
