@plzupgrademe@fedi.txw.ca Gosh, I've watched nearly a dozen series over the last few months. Vera was my original reason for signing up. I also enjoyed Apple Tree Yard, Hope Street, Bancroft, among others. Britbox has some amazing original shows not on BBC or iTV. And nearly every day, a new suggestion comes up to add to my watch list (which is up to about 15 shows now).
I planned on also subscribing to AcornTV, but right now I'm happily absorbed with the show offerings on britbox.

@AncTreat5358@lgbtqia.space Thank you thank you. I love the older ones I grew up watching in the 90s on public television in Canada. I would definitely invite you to check out Poirot. PBS has a streaming service called ‘Passport’ and it also includes a lot of UK shows, and you can support your local public broadcaster. I support BTPM 😄
