@ThisCJ@mastodon.nz @jwz@mastodon.social First and only time I’ve seen Gibson on screen and looking like it did in my head, and I’m still angry about it. The Hollywood Gibson-with-more-cowbell approach is doomed to failure.

@ThisCJ@mastodon.nz @jwz@mastodon.social And the _other_ reason it makes me deeply angry is because The Peripheral was the first time it was possible to show regular people how a few trilogies of pretty impenetrable nerd shit accidentally defined a whole world.
