@snaprails@cupoftea.social I mean we did well on the garlic, broad beans and spuds. And I love cucumber. It's mainly the courgettes that disappointed.

@keefeglise@mastodonapp.uk I’ve not grown Broad Beans for a long time, it’s a smallish garden I don’t really have the space. Ditto spuds. I grew a few dwarf white beans this year which did ok. I’ve been giving away lettuce and salad leaves because there’s more than I can eat. Shallots have been harvested ready for pickling for Xmas. I’m now getting hands full of cherry tomatoes each day. First time growing marrows, small round ones, 3 so far which might be all that I get though the plants are huge and still flowering. First lot of radishes was good but the hot weather made the second batch bolt. Rhubarb has recovered from being moved a year ago , enough for a couple of crumbles.
