For cooling only used when excess electricity is available. If that wasn't enough: 2 moderate PV panels added yo account for the total electricity consumption of it. So AC consumption goes up much slower than PV build up, whilst reducing need of fossil gas.

Having a constant supply of water for consumption and food production is key. If #climatecollapse spare us of a clean water supply, we’re doomed. The EU Commission knows about the problem. I don’t know how seriously countries are taking it and implementing measures. 😒
