@mlanger@mastodon.world @jonobie@social.coop Not a boater, and no longer a resident of Ballard, but... It sounds like you're describing Fishermans Terminal. It is just a little bit east of the Locks and offers public moorage. I'm pretty sure it is entirely possible to sail in, tie up, have the salmon burger at Chinooks, buy some fresh from the shop or direct off a boot, then untie and sail out. https://www.portseattle.org/maritime/fishermen-terminal
