I wouldn’t have made a heroic effort, but the theater is close to my house and as an old-stuff guy I like that Christopher Nolan has people interested in something as esoteric as film formats.

@overholt@glammr.us Lucky! I hope you enjoy! Nolan, Denis Villeneuve, and Ryan Coogler are doing a lot of hard work to demonstrate the full depth of film and how things like aspect ratios are important

@overholt@glammr.us yknow, i lived a 5-minute walk from davis square and i can't actually remember going to that theater. actually i probably did but my memory from those times is very sketchy.
