@joyce@hcommons.social Darn, sorry to hear that. Windsor in Weld County is the one that just decided to move forward. Canon City in Fremont County is the backstory I was describing. Canon City is also facing dramatically reduced tourism due to low river levels affecting river rafting on the Arkansas River. And so over the last year, there's been an additional impediment to the city's survival.
