@kinetix@humanwords.party They did, after SCOTUS struck down the first round. Then they rolled out a new batch based on some other obscure law they dug up but that law had a time-limited clause, so now they need a fresh batch, justified under a different arcane law to replace the income lost from rounds one and two.
