I notice that now, by using AI for most of my app development, I spent much less time in front of my computer. Shorter stints here and there instead of sitting hours on end implementing some new feature. These days I don’t touch my desktop computer almost at all. I’ve had much more time for other hobbies, and taking a proper habit of hitting the gym several times a week. 🏋️
