My cocktail dress for kiddo's school event is turning out to be much more dainty than was in my head. Unfortunately the lace isn't symmetrical along the center line so I can't quite pattern match the V. Juuuuuuust similar enough that I keep forgetting and fighting with it. Am doing lace shaping so the pieces will be narrow in the front, widening toward the back. #sewing #CocktailDress
