@jrf_nl@phpc.social @BenRiceM@mastodon.social we have extreme variants of the legal process for “terrorism” cases that date back to the 1970s RAF times where folks managed to bypass security measures in some of the ways described as denied in the thread.

@janl@narrativ.es @BenRiceM@mastodon.social Isn't that a bit extreme for a group of people who essentially broke into a building and did some vandalism ? I don't understand how the "terrorism" regime could reasonably be applied here. And even if it could, it didn't target Germany, so it still feels like all these measures are over the top. P.S.: and yes, I am fully aware these are mostly rhetorical questions and I suspect you have them too 🤔
