Has anyone actually test driven a Slate pickup truck?
I had been under the impression that I could test drive one before I committed to buying one even with my mere $50 deposit, but I guess I lost my delivery window reservation because I didnt commit.

@ike@pkm.social boosting your right to a test drive. I drove a stick shift Smart Car in London, and promptly put a deposit down on one for when they came to the US (least expensive convertible). Because of the transmission and emissions controls on the US models, they drove badly. I got back my deposit.
