On the subject of #Technology is neutral... What is a non-contrived use of a sword other than violence? Every tool is a weapon if you hold it right, but the converse is not always true... Technologies are often built with a purpose, and using it for other things *might* happen, sure, but some are less likely to be so flexible. Some serve large and powerful interests more readily than the common person. No technology exists outside of the society in which it is used. Just saying.
