For the first time ever for me, a @fedora@fosstodon.org Fedora upgrade has gone bad. I can boot using an old kernel but the updated kernel just causes the screen to go blank. No error messages, no anything. Upgrade was from 42 to 44. Documentation indicated a two-version jump was OK to do. Still trying to make sense of the situation but hard to do with no error messages.
