I’m sitting here shadowboxing a dead guy but could you imagine the absolute horseshit the vehicular cycling techbro would come up with to exclude the bikes that double as light EVs from his weird fucking bicycle races in traffic?

forester had no goal other than to maintain a weird fucking subculture of men (he was weird as fuck about women) riding bicycles for no other purpose than going fast on extremely easy terrain. he spent decades actively sabotaging American utility and commuter bicycling, safety, laws, infrastructure, and culture in service of that goal. and you’re telling him that one of those piece of shit (his opinion stated as fact) utility bikes can go fast now with an electric motor? ban it. this cannot stand.
