@ascentale@sfba.social @grammasaurus@mastodon.social @bikenite@fedigroups.social A5: unless the hole in the tire is large enough for a new tube to poke out of it when you put air in it the tire is totally fine to reuse. If the tire is warn down to the point where the tread is noticeably no longer visible and you get more flats then that is a sign to replace the tire. You could even patch the tube and reuse it as well.
