Dentist appointment was yesterday. Dentist: Do you grind your teeth at night? Me: I don’t know, do I? I have some hairline cracks that suggest yes, so he recommended getting a Nightguard from the pharmacy to see if I can tolerate wearing one. The mangled mess of plastic that I woke up to this morning suggests that I do indeed grind my teeth at night.
