The coolest thing that you can do right now is bypass the price increases of hardware companies and buy something used. Nvidia just released their 50 series GPUs, so people are looking to get rid of anything with a 40 series GPU in it despite the fact that they're perfectly good. Case in point, I just got myself a Zephyrus G14 with an RTX 4090 in it from 2023 for an absolute steal. Lightly used, taken care of, and within the margin of error of an RTX 5080 for most game titles. Plus it's light and portable! This'll end up being my only Windows device.
