People in SCE marketing and analytics... I'm not really sure how I'm supposed to answer this... Am I reviewing how a public utility I pay for, rely upon to function in society, and expect quad 9s of uptime that had an infrastructure outage for multiple hours, and you want to know how pleased I was about the outage? Or was it the experience I had dealing with loopholes and online forms that were JUST *BARELY* mobile friendly enough to fill out to report said outage? I can't tell just from this email.
