    I bought a spindle of CD-Rs. I haven&#39;t done that in... 20 years? Not many of you will care about this project, but I&#39;m damn proud of the progress made and where it&#39;s at now.

    People in SCE marketing and analytics... I&#39;m not really sure how I&#39;m supposed to answer this... Am I reviewing how a public utility I pay for, rely upon to function in society, and expect quad 9s of uptime that had an infrastructure outage for multiple hours, and you want to know how pleased I was about the outage?
