It's about time.
"For works created on or after January 1, 1978, U.S. copyright protection lasts for the life of the author plus 70 years"
It should be a straightforward thing to build that in. Especially if their AI is smart enough to remember when everybody died. Not sure if that last sentence deserves an eye roll.
