The Psychology of Software Teams made it to hackernews today (!!!) which invoked the oldest law, the original magic: Do Not Read the Comments. I am not! I have made a rare and holy peace with this.
But it also has got me thinking about *signal*

I see and feel the signal on this book, exactly the same as the signal I felt when I first thought to myself, "people in software DO care about psychology, I know they do, because they ask me psychology questions, and I'm going to ignore every loud voice saying this job doesn't exist and invent it" We are inventing the presence of this book, right now, together
