Hey Linux bubble, please help me out...
Should I ditch Arch Linux and install the good old Debian on my desktop PC instead?
Clock is ticking, last backup is running, boost would be nice...

@finn@social.0x520.eu An answer really depends on what your needs are. Why are you considering switching to Debian from Arch?

@finn@social.0x520.eu Use Debian, like me since 1995.

@finn@social.0x520.eu Linux Mint Debian Edition and installing desktop applications via flatpak is a pretty nice blend of boring foundation that just works, beautiful GUI and always-up-to-date applications.

@finn@social.0x520.eu #Debian! I used #arch in 2007/8 and had so many troubles, I ditched it and went back to Debian based Distros. Since 2011 pure Debian and never looked back to the arch days.

@finn@social.0x520.eu Debian is very stable. If you want stability instead of bleeding edge software. It is a good choice.
