See all amendments here: https://www.europarl.europa.eu/plenary/en/infos-details.html?id=1689&type=priorityInfo The one on specific suspects is Greens 5, the one on excluding known material is Greens 4/Renew 31/PfE 26, part one. The one on excluding scanning for solicitation is Greens 4/Renew 31/PfE 26, part 2. (In case you wonder: Patriots copied the Greens' amendment from March, and identical texts are voted together. Greens and Renew did not table them together with Patriots.) (6/X)

So where are we? Parliament amended the Council position from first reading in its second reading (because the encryption amendments were adopted). Now, Council can accept it, and then this is it. If Council does not approve the amendments within three months, we go to Conciliation Committee and 3rd reading. See Article 294 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, https://eur-lex.europa.eu/LexUriServ/LexUriServ.do?uri=CELEX:12008E294:en:HTML (7/X)
