Hot take: I actually... like Fedora's security posture?
I used to not give a fuck about security but in recent years... yeaaah I do. Because well... *points to everything going on rn*.
I update daily, I encrypt my drives, I use secure boot, I use the TPM on this thing for signed DKMS for nvidia and other keys, I actually *like* SELinux even if it was confusing at first, I have considered seccomp support in things I write (I even wrote a demonstration echo daemon that uses seccomp).
I wish I didn't have an x86 machine even, because I would love to just, run something without a shady management engine in it.

@Elizafox@social.treehouse.systems I don't update my laptop (running Linux Mint) daily. The main reason for it is that I don't even turn it on most days… and on the days where I do I usually already used up all my executive functioning spoons on turning it on and doing whatever I turned it on for.
