Helped someone with some PhD research earlier today, and oh boy was that eye opening. We were a focus group questioned about AI use in therapy and wow outside of my tech savvy bubble of clients (&me) that shit sounds TERRIFYING. I mean, it's an absolute clusterfuck of trial and error, privacy invasion, and biased incorrect tooling in the hands of very vulnerable people thinking it's(ai) "smart". I guess I knew that but having it directly discussed in real life case studies is haunting.
