@horuskol@phpc.social I'm changing companies, though was a bit surprised I have to wait around 3 weeks. Last time I switched within a week.
I have a smart meter so it shouldn't be waiting for a meter reading.

@DavidRGardiner@mastodon.online We've never changed since moving in over a decade ago - we compare tariffs each year (I use a spreadsheet) and end up sticking with with the same provider.
