@greg_harvey@tooting.ch That could be worded better. That Certified Partners have to make contributions seems fair enough, that organizations that don't pay enough, or it's not relevant (see LocalGov Drupal's org profile as an example), but do contribute; that they get that banner, worded that way. I'd say off putting.
