I'm a voting member, and the votes on the PR were more like 70%/30% pro/contra; it's not divisive, but at least not unanimously backed -- and still it is a much more sensible position in isolation: https://codeberg.org/Codeberg/org/pulls/1253/files The blog post I didn't vote for, and it goes beyond the down-to-earth internal presentation in a bad way.
