I'm Gen X. I use the internet on a desktop computer because that is the best view. I have made, or contributed to making, a measureable chunk of the internet since 1995. How is this for geek creds... I was at yahoo.com in 2004 advising them on Search Engine Optimization and later that year at aol.com doing the same. Yeah SEO is snake oil, but they paid me to do it. So it's quite humbling when I add a brand new page to the internet in 2026 only for our youngest daughter to remind me to make it mobile friendly
