@EI3JDB@mastodon.radio i struggle to see any point in putting an effort into writing code that nobody will ever read.
and it's not going to be possible to practice a hobby when, in the near future, you won't be able to afford food, housing or electricity

@datarama@hachyderm.io I still think that, here in socialist Europe, they won't turn the entire middle class out on the streets. That's not the way we do things this side of the Atlantic. And, even on a basic income, you can have indoor trees. I'm serious - something like a YouTube/Patreon channel of practical bonsai might well provide an appreciative audience (and income stream) in that world.
