The progression I went through with it was, "Huh, why's this post marked 'disrespectful?' She's just asking for help with rehoming a dog during a really trying time" then as more and more of the moderation queue was her increasingly-irate replies to others, it became pretty obvious what happened (people started reporting her later posts and then went back and reported the posts that led to those posts).
