I worked for a school district once that wanted us to download their app
I looked at it. I read the terms and the terms were like "yeah we can reset your phone to factory default. "
I’m like "oh hell to the no! you wanna do that you’re gonna give me a phone!"
*I swear, the more I use voice to text the worse it works.

How do people navigate the “we don’t provide phones and having a phone is a condition of your employment” problem? Previous employer used to provide company cellphones and it was mildly irritating to tote both around. One day they realized they could offload the whole management problem onto the employees by making them install The App. The App could of course factory reset your phone.
