I am painting a very small window and I didn't want to use 5% of a can and agonise about what to do with the rest. My theory was to use sample sachets of furniture paint from Rustoleum. They are 99 pence each and unlike most sample pots, they contain the actual same paint. I bought four. One sachet was enough for a somewhat patchy base coat, so I could have got away with just two. A lot of money saved and much better for the environment. #diy #decorating #sustainability
