One of the joys of Edinburgh for me is the public transport - you may laugh, as we have no metro, very few city trains and currently only half a tram line - but the buses are (1) frequent and well organised, (2) publicly owned, and (3) free! (If you’re lucky to be the right age). But what really impressed me recently was these stairs on a double decker bus. Normally the bus stairs are a dark dingy hole between decks, but these are so bright and cheery! Kudos to the designer. #3goodthings #bus
