@mjdxp@labyrinth.zone See this not as the project being fascist, The foundation is. Luckily Linux is open source and thus it's honestly not nearly as much of a problem as people make it out to be. You can still copy the source, you can still fork it, you can still basically do whatever with the code or binary except make it closed source. The distros are also not controlled by the linux foundation, with exception of RHEL and Fedora, so that too is a benefit. Once again this is the greatest benefit of FOSS software, it can never truly fall into the hands of fascism.

@mjdxp@labyrinth.zone you using Linux doesn't mean you agree with Torvalds or any of the other maintainers with harmful views. It doesn't make you evil. Much like I wouldn't blame someone using Adobe or Microsoft software to make a living for "supporting an evil corporation", when they don't have alternatives that will reasonably accomodate their workflow. You understand the issue and acknowledge it, and you complain, but if it's not something you can do much else about, then it's not worth your time, you can put effort elsewhere where you can make a difference.
