I don't usually comment on recent events. But it concerns me too. The problem with LLM usage is not inherent to LLMs, it's inherent to our current society. What people hear: * Humans are useless now that AI can do their job * Democracy should be abolished, because AI is so good at fooling people * AI is better than people at knowing what people want Toxic and preposterous lies! It's a trick to give even more power to people who already have too much.
