I don't know, I keep watching a lot of Rust projects be like "we rewrote this thing in Rust!" and that's just not the selling point. Someone is rewriting PostgreSQL in Rust.
Go do something more interesting with your time.
There's lots of interesting Rust projects, but this is the Hollywood remaking the same film over and over.
And honestly, it stinks of AI.

@petrillic@hachyderm.io I did hear A Hypothesis about this - the rust compiler is so pedantic, and its suggestions for fixing so good, that it’s the easiest language to extrude working code with.
