REDRAFT: I need to stop being this querulous. Sorry — I have been angrily venting a lot about some stuff to a high degree. My personal life just sucks right now. 1) Use open license architecture. 2) No monitoring or spying should occur in the code itself: this means connections and apps loading from or data and content being delivered to anything that connects the process to all the users. 3) Companies must not place an user's identity right into the central, logistical, and operational theme of any online platform willy-nilly style. This is going to be a cultural and gradual shift that they're going to hate, especially the MAGA right-wing business people. High flyers in corporate finance such as the libertarian and egalitarian Jamie Dimon can GTFOH if he really thinks the working concept of who's in charge and it mattering who's in charge will not ever fundamentally change from both the administrative and financial side of things. Just put more women and BIPOCs in charge of Fortune 500 businesses who have different heritages and cultural values. 4) Stop selling shitty software that underperforms. Simplify first and design around economics and not vanity. 5) To the myriad of individuals who call themselves shareholders: pay people a living wage. For some young people, especially given many BIPOC developers' cultural heritages, the word shareholder just means "master" at the end of the day.

I'm re-reading some of this stuff I've been writing: This: " Companies must not place an user's identity right into the central, logistical, and operational theme of any online platform willy-nilly style. " I was envisioning or attempting to describe a revolutionary or an almost foundation-style kind of shifting gears into something in this sort of unique country involving people somehow gaining the ability to put more care into how things are made and the requisite stewardship needed for such projects. The output of what some of us do for a living at our jobs or just petering away by contributing volunteer time needs to move away from the control of useful idiots. The management class only serves the c-suite and they in turn only serve their shareholders. It's a snake which consumes itself and ashes: we all fall down. This is my ultimate plea. We need more BENEFIT companies.
