I read that weird ‘apology’ from OpenAI and it was the weirdest mush of technobabble I’ve read outside of… I dunno, satire maybe. Like someone had read a bit of a William Gibson and watched a bit of Star Trek and thought, “I’ll have a go at that”.
But no, a real thing out here in the supposedly real world.
