could anyone recommend any vegetarian or vegan cookbooks to me?

@sleepybisexual@mk.absturztau.be The recipes I’ve tried from “ Forks Over Knives - The Cookbook” have been tasty. They are vegan though I’ve made some, such as the mushroom stroganoff, with actual dairy still (was cooking for a family member who needed to avoid meat but still wanted their sour cream!) America’s Test Kitchen has a plant-based cookbook too that’s been good.
