@speculationfictive@union.place I didn't see any noticeable change before or after covid. There were a couple of places where bikes were moved to the road to make the sidewalks larger for social distancing (which were removed afterwards), but otherwise, plans pretty much proceeded as usual. I think the cities that did extra urbanism during covid were the ones that could never get anything done, politically, and used covid opportunistically. That wasn't necessary in Amsterdam.

    @notjustbikes@social.notjustbikes.com @speculationfictive@union.place In Berlin's case, the court cases from the car supporters were pending throughout the pandemic, so a lot of the changes were reversed.
