@jpmens@mastodon.social i would like to suggest a new methodology for software: JD (Just Don't) should we add some random feature that our PM asked for but no user did? JD should we rearrange the UI/UX just to have more commits for our KPI/salary reviews? JD should we rewrite the entire code base in the current trendy language because we want to be one of the cool kids? JD should we somehow ram AI into our project because investors said so? JD
