@normjess@tech.lgbt This is already a defacto crimes, as the CPS has long since advised that of you are trams, have sex with someone yet don't tell then your are trans, that can be treated as a crime if the third party find out your are trans after the fact and claim they would not have consented if they had known. @SecondUniverse@autistics.life
