@joepie91@fedi.slightly.tech @dalias@hachyderm.io @lanodan@queer.hacktivis.me a screen reader is mostly useless to me, stuff being a bit bigger is usually enough (150% size generally works), scrollbar not being shy, and icons being readable (colour helps!) will generally be enough, i don't want to have to use a screen reader
tangent, why do so many gui things have the scrollbar overlaid on the actual content rather than aside ? sometimes bc of that the scrollbar will hide some of the info i need

@SRAZKVT@tech.lgbt @joepie91@fedi.slightly.tech @dalias@hachyderm.io @lanodan@queer.hacktivis.me for browsers in particular, I’ve heard it argued that traditional scroll bars are a fingerprinting vector, since many people have their browsers maximized so you can detect their OS and theme settings from the viewport width if the scroll bar is outside of the viewport
