I hope this reaches who it needs to because I'm really pissed off about these #dungarees I bought from #lucyandyak The strap on one isn't finished at all, and is actually coming apart. There are several places where the threads are loose and unfinished. The strap itself is threadbare on the edges, as if it has been worn already. Then on the skirt - the hem isnt sewn properly. Yes, I got these on sale. But the dungarees still cost over £40 which I think is completely unacceptable for brand new "quality" clothing. I'd expect this from Primark, not some supposed premium "made to last" clothes. They offered me EITHER: - a replacement (irrelevant, as they left the ticket open so long the item sold out) - a £69 voucher for their store - WHICH EXPIRES IN 6 MONTHS (irrelevant, I will not be shopping here again) - a partial £7 refund on the dungarees (piss poor, repairs will cost at least £12 and they fucking look worn)
